I recently took the typing and criticall test for Riverside, CA county sheriff’s communications officer position and I passed. I want to know what happens next, any information would be wonderful! Also do you have to have good credit? I have two collections on my credit and one medical bill. Please help! THanks

I believe they look at the total debt you owe. Doesn’t hurt to pay those off though. Most application processes consists of: submitting the application packet, the physical test(popat or other), the written testing(like a college entrance test), and then the review board( where you basically interview before the police board).
I’m sure the recruiting department would be glad to answer any of your questions if you may have.
